Assistance and Representation at
Appeal Tribunal hearings and Magistrates Court
Where the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) has informed you that you are no longer entitled to receive ESA or PIP and your Mandatory Reconsideration request is unsuccessful, Joanne Phillips Mediation can assist by preparing you to appeal their decision at an Appeal Tribunal.
Our support and representation, if required, at the Appeal Tribunal will give you the confidence to appear before the Panel at the hearing.
To avoid being summoned to appear at a Magistrates Court due to non-payment of Council Tax, Mediation can assist you by liaising with the Council Tax Department. If you have received a Council Tax summons to attend a Magistrates Court, representation is available to conduct mediation at court.
