Why use mediation?
Mediation should be considered before thinking of going to court for the following reasons;
Mediation is typically a much quicker process because you are able to resolve issues before getting into legalities of the courts.
Resolving an issue through mediation is a lot cheaper than paying for solicitors and also paying for the courts process.
With a mediator, both parties have more control over the whole process and they have access to more options and opportunities.
